The weather is getting warmer (in most places) and many of us parents are dealing with little ones who are teething.
Popsicles are a great way to keep your child cool and ease their discomfort. Below you’ll find how I used breast milk and fruit to make some for Deucey and he absolutely loved them!
What you’ll need:
Freshly pumped breast milk
Chopped fruit- can be smashed or cut into tiny pieces based on your child’s age (I used strawberries, pineapples and mangos)
Popsicle molds (Amazon)
- Place the chopped fruit into the molds- you can do one type of fruit per popsicle or mix them
- Pour your breast milk into the molds- be sure to fill it up to the designated line
- Freeze
- Let your little one enjoy :)
*FYI- do not thaw out frozen milk then refreeze it to use for the popsicles
