Being able to get a quick workout in may seem impossible or challenging for some but there are many ways that you can include your little one in your fitness routine. Let’s highlight some activities/exercises that you can do to keep yourself in shape and your child entertained.
- Neighborhood walks/jogs (use a stroller, if needed)
- Bike rides
- Jumping Jacks (even at 1, Deucey loves doing these with us lol)
- Jogging in place or around a room
- Squats (make it fun by saying, Up-Down)
- Push ups
- Sit ups
