Will I receive updates after my order is submitted?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it is shipped, another email will be sent. 

I have not received a confirmation email. What do I do?
Confirmation emails are sent immediately. Please be sure to check your email's Spam folder. If still not found, the email address may have mistakenly been entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Please contact us immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order?
No. We work to process orders as they are received so we do not allow changes or cancellations. However, we will be happy to accept your return for a store credit as explained in our Return Policy.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after the purchase. The carrier will provide an estimated delivery date through their tracking site.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We are based in the US but we do ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any fees upon delivery, such as duties/taxes. 

How can I track my package?
There are two ways to track your package:
      1) Once you receive your shipping confirmation via email, use the link for tracking information
      2) Go directly to the carrier's website and manually enter the tracking number provided in your confirmation email


How do I determine the correct size to order?
Please see our Size Chart but also check under each item's description section as styles vary. 

Can I return my item for a refund?
Deucey's Way will only accept returns for store credit. Please see our detailed Return Policy. If you have any questions/concerns regarding an item, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team prior to placing your order. 

How often are items restocked?
We try to restock our most popular items in a timely matter but we can't guarantee which items will restock and exactly when. Be sure to subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media to keep up with restock updates and new arrivals!

 What should I do if I receive a damaged item? 
 All items go through quality inspection prior to being shipped to customers. In the rare event you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately and our team will be happy to assist you further. 

What size clothing do you have?
Deucey's Way currently offers:
Infants • Sizes Newborn-24 months
Toddlers • Sizes 2T-5T
Big Kids • Sizes 6 and 7

Are there any plans to add larger sizes? 
We started with clothing up to size 5T and after a year, we’ve officially added sizes 6 and 7! At this time, we’d like to focus on those sizes but we may consider adding larger sizes in the future. The best ways to stay updated are by subscribing to our VIP email list and following us on social media.
