Return Policy

Deucey’s Way will ONLY accept returns for store credit. Shipping charges are not included and are non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. 
Quality inspection of all clothing is done prior to shipping. In the rare case there is an issue with an item, please contact our team immediately.

For store credit eligibility: Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unused and the original tags (if any) must be attached. Customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
You will receive an email advising whether your return is approved or denied. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your store credit via email, if approved.

Sale items are FINAL SALE (including items ordered using discount or promotional codes).
